Background
Yedda A.'s journey has been one of resilience and determination. During her college years, she juggled being a working student with significant financial struggles, yet she never gave up on her dream of graduating. After leaving her job as an assistant teacher, she ventured into the real estate sector in the Philippines, where she worked diligently for 3-4 years. However, when she became pregnant, the demands of a long commute and the difficulty of finding affordable childcare forced her to resign.
In her quest for a better fit, Yedda tried ESL training, but it proved to be exhausting and costly, especially for someone as introverted as she is. In 2021, she completed a training program in a new field but, despite earning a certificate, struggled to find clients. She briefly worked as a part-time social media manager and then joined a UK-based leasing company. This role was particularly challenging due to her introverted nature, unsupportive colleagues, and the harsh environment. Eventually, both she and the client agreed to end the contract, leaving her at a crossroads.
How It All Started
During this challenging time, with only her mother for support after her father's passing, Yedda came across a job posting for Deleg8 Outsourcing on Facebook. She took a leap of faith and joined as a cold caller. From the very beginning, she found herself in a nurturing and supportive environment that felt like a lifeline. The encouragement and help she received from her colleagues and admins made a world of difference. After a year of dedication and growth, she transitioned into an admin role, where she continues to thrive, feeling valued and supported every step of the way.
Her Mission
Yedda's mission is deeply rooted in her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients. She understands the weight of burdens and the need for peace, having faced her own share of challenges. Her goal is to provide comprehensive service that eases her clients' workloads, giving them the rest and tranquility they deserve.
