 At just 16, Toni took her first step into the working world with a part-time Amazon posting job. By 18, after graduating from senior high school, she attempted to balance work and studies but soon realized her path lay in full-time employment. She ventured into the BPO industry, taking on various roles and eventually earning promotions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and later a Training Associate.

Despite her career growth, something was missing. The long hours and demanding nature of the corporate world pushed her to seek a more fulfilling and flexible path. That’s when she discovered the virtual assistant profession—a leap of faith that became a turning point in her career.
